Do you want to return a product?

The consumer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product. 

The product to be returned must be unopened and undamaged in its original packaging. The product(s) should always be returned, if possible, in a protective package or protected with corrugated cardboard (original packaging inside the protective packaging). No text should be written on the original package. 

The right of cancellation does not apply to customized products, such as made-to-order products or special products made for the customer.

We charge a return fee of €14, which will be deducted from the total amount of the returned products. Mailapaja will acknowledge the return and refund the payment back to the account from which it was paid.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Is the product defective?

We appreciate it if you check the product upon receiving it. If you notice any defects, or if it is broken or damaged during transport: contact us by email at info@mailapaja.fi, and we will send you instructions on how to proceed. Attach a picture of the defective product to the email. Also include the order number and your contact information. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time. The complaint period is at least two months from when you received the product.

If we replace the defective product with a new one or refund you for the product, it will always be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.
